Rhubarb Swirl
3 Cups Rhubarb
Strawberry Jello Mix
1 Egg
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
1 tsp vanilla
Water
Mix 3 cups Rhubarb and 1/2 cup sugar, Let stand for 1 hour
Simmer till soft, drain liquid, add water to make 1 3/4 cup.
Dissolve 3 oz strawberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
Stir Jello in Rhubarb Juice
Bring the Following to a Boil:
1 Egg (beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
Stir constantly till thick and add 1 tsp vanilla.
Cool + add Jello
Whip till fluffy
Fold in Rhubarb then fold in 2 cups of whipped cream.
Swirl with a Knife.
