French Rhubarb Pie:
Pie Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
2 cups diced Rhubarb
1 Cup Sugar (Granulated)
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Topping Ingredients:
3/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Butter
Mix Pie Ingredients and put in a large unbaked pie crust.
Mix Topping ingredients, and place on Pie.
Bake 350F degrees for one hour or "done" with a clean toothpick check.
